2-Day Amboseli Safari — Elephant Herds & Mt Kilimanjaro Views

The safari leaves Nairobi in the morning and travels to Amboseli National Park in the private safari vehicle. After arrival and check-in at the accommodation, the afternoon game drive introduces Amboseli’s open plains and wetlands. The guide explores the park’s wildlife habitats with time to observe the animals and birds encountered, including opportunities to watch the elephant herds for which the destination is known. Mount Kilimanjaro forms the backdrop when the summit is visible. The session provides the first wildlife-viewing period of the two-day visit and an introduction to the landscape explored again the following morning. The party then returns to the accommodation for the one-night stay.

After the final drive, checkout and the private road departure bring the Amboseli stay to a close. The safari returns to Nairobi following the arrival-afternoon session, two morning viewing periods and one overnight stay.
