Douglas, Faith, and everyone else were great. We saw lions immediately after landing in Masai Mara, then proceeded to see most of the Big 5 and TONS of other animals, despite it being low season. Lodging accommodations were comfortable with good food and good service. We flew in in the morning, did an afternoon game drive, had dinner and slept, then did a 6am Game drive. Admission fee was covered. Weather was great. 4x4 Vehicle was great with perfect views. Highly recommended if you only have 2 days in Masai Mara or have never done a safari before. We feel like we got a lot out of time but wouldn't have wanted to do another day. Douglas was a 10/10 tour guide. He was chill, smart, safe, communicative, and could spot lions from a mile away! Incredible experience with Kelvin. Arrived spot on time, and was greeted with a friendly run down of what we would be doing for the day. We started at the Nairobi national parkIncredible experience with Kelvin. Arrived spot on time, and was greeted with a friendly run down of what we would be doing for the day. We started at the Nairobi national park and entry went super smooth, was incredible we saw so much including the Rhinos & Lions. The vehicle had great views all around and we took plenty of excellent photographs. We could not believe how many people Kelvin knew, and this knowledge of animals and birds was amazing. We then visited the Sheldrick Elephant orphanage, which again was an excellent experience, Kelvin making sure that we were in the best position to see the elephants, baby Rhino & baby Zebra. We then had lunch at great cafe called Makutano Grill which we would also highly recommend. We then finished the day with a visit to the Giraffe centre and again Kelvin made sure we were in a great spot and even gave us his food to give to the Giraffes. I cannot recommend Kelvin highly enough and will look for him for a future trip to Kenya / Uganda in a couple of years time. Thank you so much…
Pick up was exactly on time. Then a beautiful drive to the lake with breathtaking views along the way. The short boat trip to the island is enjoyable with wildlife such asPick up was exactly on time. The island itself feels truly unique. Walking amongst zebras giraffes antelope and buffalo. Surrounded by beautiful scenery. And then Safely driven back to hotel again with relevant landmarks being pointed out along the way. Overall, a fantastic day out…
