The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust cares for orphaned elephants as part of its rehabilitation programme. The Nairobi Nursery visit introduces that work through the keepers’ presentation and the elephants currently in their care.
The public hour is 11am–noon, except 25 December. Advance booking is required; only a confirmation issued by the Trust secures entry.

The Nursery donation and KWS park entry are separate charges. Driver and vehicle park fees also apply when they enter.
Your private tour vehicle does not make the public visiting hour exclusive. Keepers alone feed and directly handle the elephants.

We had a wonderful time with Kelvin guiding us around the Masai Mara Reserve! Kelvin was a wealth of information about the wildlife.
