is arranging your visit.

- Check the guest details and any vehicle or activity requirements shown.
- Review the full amount and conditions before paying.
- Save the issued ticket and receipt, and check that the visit details match.
Use the live portal to check available payment methods and the current
checkout steps. If a payment status is unclear, use its support route before
attempting another payment.
Maasai Mara needs separate guidance
Do not assume the KWS payment process covers the Maasai Mara. Confirm your
sector, accommodation and planned access with your safari planner.
For the Mara Triangle, the
Mara Conservancy’s
payment guidance specifies cashless park-fee payments. Check that source
for the applicable ticket arrangements. Confirm Narok-side arrangements
separately; payment instructions can depend on where you visit and stay.
