Elephant Nursery & Kobe Tough Beadwork Private Tour

Your guide collects your private party from the agreed Nairobi hotel or residence and takes you to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Nairobi Nursery. The programme pairs the Nursery public visiting session with the Kobe Tough craft stop, followed by the return to your pickup point.

The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Nairobi Nursery public session introduces orphaned elephants and the work of their keepers. Visitors observe the elephants during their care programme; only keepers feed and directly handle them.

The fixed 11:00-to-noon session requires official advance booking confirmation and does not operate on 25 December. The Nursery donation and separate mandatory KWS admission remain distinct charges, as set out in the tour’s cost information. Official KWS admission payment.

After the Nursery visit, the programme continues to Kobe Tough for a look at beadwork and leather crafts. The workshop and shop provide time to explore the craft displays and browse locally made souvenirs.

Shopping is optional and purchases are paid for separately. The visit covers the craft stop without promising a hands-on class or a particular production demonstration.

After the Kobe Tough stop, your guide returns your party to the agreed Nairobi hotel or residence. The return completes the elephant Nursery and craft programme.
