Rise early for a full day of exploration in the Maasai Mara. Today, you have the option to start your day with an unforgettable hot air balloon safari. As the balloon gently lifts off, you’ll glide silently over the plains, rivers, and forests, watching the wildlife below from a unique vantage point. The experience concludes with a champagne breakfast in the bush, a perfect way to begin your day. If you opt out of the balloon safari, a morning game drive will still offer exciting opportunities to witness the rich wildlife of the Mara. You’ll spend the entire day immersed in the wilderness, with a picnic lunch allowing you to stay out in the bush and maximize your wildlife viewing time. Your guide will help you track the movements of the animals, and you might witness a thrilling hunt or a peaceful moment of a herd at a watering hole. In the late afternoon, you’ll return to your lodge or camp, where you can relax and enjoy the evening around a campfire, sharing stories of the day’s adventures.

Late in the morning, you’ll begin your journey back to Nairobi, with a picnic lunch provided for the road. The drive offers a final chance to take in the stunning landscapes and reflect on the incredible experiences of the past few days. You’ll arrive in Nairobi by late afternoon, marking the end of your safari adventure.

I cant reccomend Kelvin enough, we took a short day tour with him thru the giraffe center, elephant orphanage, Karen Blixen museam and kobe beads and we loved how much knowledge he had about everything. Im an intense animal lover that stores a lot of facts about things in my brain and Kelvin hit me with facts I wasnt aware of, like that adult giraffes have little bone marrow, and that a headbutt from one can break your bones. We loved our tour and there was never a dull moment. The next day we wanted to do the Narobi National Park and our hotel set us up with another company. We deeply regret it. We were in a van with 3 other people and they were smokers, the smell made me nauseous and the guy told us nothing about the animals. I saw the animals first and identified them. They told us no facts. A few days later baby was born here in kenya and after their birth we wanted to go on safari before we headed home. We knew to book Kelvin directly this time. We learned about the rhinoceros that we didnt get info for at the National Park as he double checked our loaded up the carseat for adventure with our 4 day old baby. He drove very cautiously while still being efficient and was understanding with feeding and diaper change stops due to baby's schedule. He had even arranged for our our room to have a crib in it with its own mosquito net. He knew we wouldnt want to take our 4 day old baby on safari and that we would be trading off on watching baby or going on safari and did a morning run with one of us and an evening run with the other. We got to see every animal on our list up close and personal. He would ask what we wanted to see and take us right to it! He stopped for birds for me as I love birds, and tailored each trip out to what I wanted that day/time, and did the same for my partner. And on the last day he helped us arrange babys first sitter while we took a hotair balloon ride. When we were on the balloon ride we talked to a few people who had another guide who were there for 5 days longer than us and hadn't seen a male lion or a hippo yet. So lucky we had Kelvin! He even took me GEOCACHING! We will be back when our baby is old enough to see further than a few inches and will have Kelvin take us out again. I can't say enough wonderful things about Kelvin. I will be recommending him to everyone. And his voice is so soothing and easy to understand. I had to get a recording of him saying "Welcome to the Maasai Mara" he should really be narrating nature documentaries. 11 out of 10 reccomend.
