This private three-day safari travels from Nairobi to Maasai Mara and back, combining game viewing with the option to arrange a Maasai village visit separately. The village visit is optional and its fee is not included in the safari. Your guide will coordinate any selected cultural visit around the game-viewing programme. Accommodation and meals follow the trip’s daily itinerary.

Itinerary
Three days travel from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara and back, with two Mara nights, an arrival-afternoon game drive and a full day of game viewing. A Maasai village visit remains optional, separately arranged and priced around the wildlife-viewing programme.
The safari leaves Nairobi in the morning and travels through the highlands and Great Rift Valley towards the Maasai Mara. The approach passes Narok and the pastoral landscape around the reserve before arrival at the accommodation. The afternoon game drive introduces the Mara through its grasslands and adjoining wildlife habitats. The guide follows authorised reserve tracks, with stops to watch the animals and birds encountered and photograph the landscape. This first viewing session provides an introduction to the reserve before the full exploration day that follows. The party returns to the accommodation for the first of two Mara overnight stays.
The day is devoted to private game viewing in the Maasai Mara. The guide explores the reserve’s wildlife habitats and pauses at encounters to allow time for observation, photography and watching animal behaviour. A Maasai village visit is an optional, separately priced addition to this programme. When selected, the arranged visit occupies part of the day’s viewing time; the wildlife and cultural parts are scheduled together rather than offered as two simultaneous full-day experiences. The host community and the booked arrangement determine the content of the optional visit. The party returns to the same accommodation for the second Mara night.
The final morning centres on checkout and the private road journey from the Maasai Mara to Nairobi. A separate morning game drive is not scheduled in this programme. The return travels through the pastoral country around the reserve, Narok and the Rift Valley approach to the central highlands, completing the road circuit begun on day one. The agreed Nairobi drop-off ends the safari following the arrival-afternoon drive and the full second day of game viewing. Any selected village visit remains a separately arranged part of that second day, rather than an additional included departure-day activity.
