Overview
This private four-day programme starts in Nairobi and ends in Diani. It visits Tsavo West and Tsavo East for game drives, including Mzima Springs in Tsavo West, before continuing to the coast for one night and a final Diani morning.
The park visits combine volcanic scenery, red-earth plains and wildlife viewing. The coastal stay provides time at the beach; snorkelling and boat excursions are optional, separately arranged activities. Onward transport after the Diani endpoint is outside this tour.

Itinerary
The safari begins with the journey from Nairobi into Tsavo West National Park. The arrival-day game drive introduces the volcanic landscape and wildlife habitats, with the scheduled Mzima Springs visit forming part of the park programme.
The designated visitor route at the springs provides time to observe the freshwater pools and surrounding vegetation from the permitted viewing areas. Your guide combines the visit with wildlife observation along the park roads before the first Tsavo West overnight.
A morning game drive in Tsavo West precedes the move into Tsavo East. The change from volcanic terrain to open red-earth plains introduces a different part of the Tsavo ecosystem.
The afternoon game drive explores suitable viewing routes and water points, looking for elephants, other mammals and birds. Stops follow the wildlife encountered and provide time to observe the animals against the park’s open landscape.
The day begins with the final Tsavo East game drive before the programme continues to Diani Beach. The coastal arrival changes the focus from wildlife viewing to the beach setting.
The afternoon provides time at the Diani base and beach. Snorkelling and boat excursions are optional and separately arranged through the selected operator; they are additional to the included safari and beach stay.
The final morning is spent in Diani, with time to enjoy the beach setting before the tour ends on the coast. Diani is the safari endpoint. Any onward transport after the tour is arranged separately.

Tsavo East includes open dry-country landscapes, the Galana River and elephants associated with the park's red earth. Tsavo West combines volcanic scenery, lava flows and Mzima Springs with wildlife habitats and a rhino sanctuary. Tsavo's historical man-eating lions were associated with railway construction in 1898; that history does not describe every present-day lion encounter.
