Arrival — meet your private safari guide. On arrival in the Mara, meet your guide and continue to your accommodation. Settle in and discuss your wildlife interests and the programme for your stay. Your game-drive vehicle and guide are exclusive to your party, as confirmed for this private fly-in trip.

Afternoon and evening — begin exploring. Fit your arrival game drive around the flight, transfer and check-in times. Enjoy your first wildlife outing before returning to your camp or lodge for dinner and the first of two nights. Lunch and dinner are included today, with arrangements following the arrival schedule.

Morning — explore with your own guide. Breakfast and your game-viewing programme set the rhythm for your full day in the Mara. Explore the booked area in your exclusive vehicle, following current wildlife activity and the interests of your party. With no road transfer to Nairobi today, you can give the safari experience your attention.

During the day — choose the experience that suits you. Spend time observing and photographing the wildlife you encounter, with lunch fitted around the agreed programme. A hot-air balloon safari is optional and must be booked and paid for separately. If selected, it needs to fit the camp and game-drive schedule; it is not automatically included in this itinerary.

Evening — your second night in the Mara. Return for dinner and the second overnight stay. A bush dinner is also an optional, separately arranged extra rather than a standard inclusion. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included today through the normal meal plan.

Morning — prepare for the return flight. Have breakfast at your accommodation and get ready to check out after your second night. Today’s programme follows the booked flight rather than a fixed departure time stated here. Your guide and accommodation team will work to the confirmed airstrip transfer arrangements.

Airstrip transfer — complete your Mara stay. Travel to the airstrip serving your camp or lodge and check in for the flight to Nairobi Wilson. A final game drive is not part of this standard departure programme; adding one would need a separately agreed flight, access and fee plan. Breakfast is the final included meal.

Arrival in Nairobi — continue your journey. On arrival at Wilson, follow your agreed onward transfer plan. Wilson arrival and any later international departure need to be coordinated when booking, allowing for the transfer between the relevant Nairobi locations.
