Nairobi National Park and Lake Naivasha Boat Ride

The safari begins with a morning game drive in Nairobi National Park. Your guide follows permitted park routes through the park’s wildlife habitats, with viewing stops shaped by the animals encountered during the drive. The journey then continues to Lake Naivasha for an afternoon boat ride. From the water, the lake’s papyrus margins and open shoreline provide a different setting for observing hippos and birdlife. The day brings together a vehicle-based wildlife experience in Nairobi and the lake excursion in Naivasha.

Day 02 :

Crescent Island, Hell's Gate Cycling and Nairobi Return

The second day begins with the included guided walk at Crescent Island Game Sanctuary. The walk explores its grassland and lakeside habitat at ground level, with the guide following the sanctuary’s visitor instructions around free-ranging wildlife. The programme then continues to Hell’s Gate National Park for the included cycling activity on designated main-valley routes. The open valley and volcanic rock formations provide the setting for this active part of the safari. After the Naivasha and Hell’s Gate activities, your party returns by road to Nairobi, where the two-day safari ends.

Is Hell's Gate cycling included and does it enter the gorge

The scheduled Hell’s Gate cycling activity, park entry and bicycle hire are included. Cycling follows designated main-valley routes and current park instructions. The programme does not include an inner-gorge descent.
