Safari and accommodation costs depend on travel dates, party size, room arrangement and the selected services. The trip's From display retains its stated basis. A written quotation itemises accommodation, meals, entries, transport and optional activities; there is no universal rate or inclusion set for every lodge or safari.

Suitability depends on the actual route, vehicle access, accommodation and activities, together with each traveller's needs. Park and operator instructions govern the visit. Mobility assistance, medical support, walking conditions and any specialist arrangements must be confirmed for the selected services; a safari description is not a blanket safety or accessibility assurance.

The migrating wildebeest herds move between the Serengeti and the Mara. The Mara Conservancy describes the Mara season as usually beginning in June or July and continuing into November. Arrival, departure and river crossings vary with the herds; a travel date cannot establish a crossing time.

The useful gate is the one serving the booked lodge and planned reserve sector. Compare the full camp-to-gate and camp-to-game-drive route, not only the distance to Nairobi. A low room rate can be offset by longer daily transfers; the quotation identifies the property and park-access arrangements.

The quotation identifies the actual property and room category. Bathrooms, power, Wi-Fi, accessibility, meals and activities depend on that property and rate plan; an accommodation label alone does not establish those facilities.

Kenya safaris can combine road transfers and domestic flights. Road vehicles connect parks and lodges; flights require appropriate airstrips and onward transfers. A specific flight route, schedule and luggage allowance belongs to the confirmed airline itinerary.
